The heart of the Low Voltage Panel is the Busbar System. It connects the main busbar to dropper bars and to the circuit breakers. Thus it is essential that this system must be reliable, rigid, and tested conforming to the temperature rise, short circuit test and other conditions.
In our system we use copper bars
cu 99.99 tin coated from famous international suppliers and the system can be designed of 3 - 4 or 5 wire system, ratings up to 5000A.
The busbar system is based on 1 or 2 bars per phase and the busbar joints between horizontal and vertical bars are made by means of bolts and nuts of 8.8 quality with spring washers which ensures high reliable connection throughout the panel life. The busbar holder components are used from famous European brands and manufactured from a high grade Polymer which provides high insulation and high mechanical strength to resist the stress during short circuit.
